These terms apply to your use of conreel.com and the ConReel video production service. By using the service you agree to them. Questions go to info@conreel.com.

The service

ConReel helps you research, script, voice, edit and schedule videos for channels you own or manage. Access is currently by invitation. We may change or discontinue features, and we will tell account holders in advance about changes that affect them.

Your account

Keep your login details safe and tell us about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content and responsibility

You own the videos you produce with ConReel. You review and approve every video before it is published, and you are responsible for what you publish, including accuracy, required disclosures and compliance with the rules of the platforms you publish to, such as the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to create content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not resell access without our written agreement.

Third-party services

The service connects to third parties such as YouTube, Google Drive, AI model providers, voice providers and stock media libraries. Their terms apply to their services. Stock media and music used in videos are licensed for use in those videos only.

Fees

Any fees are agreed with you in writing before you are charged.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated scripts and research can contain errors, which is why every video goes through your review. We do not guarantee views, revenue or any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On request we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify account holders before it takes effect.
